AbbVie Care Canadians prescribed Holkira Pak (ombitasvir/paritaprevir/ritonavir and dasabuvir) or Technivie (ombitasvir/paritaprevir/ritonavir) can request to be enrolled in AbbVie Care. The program is designed to provide a wide range of customized services including reimbursement assistance, education, and ongoing disease management support. AbbVie Care will not only support people living with hepatitis C throughout their treatment but healthcare professionals as well. Bristol-Myers Squibb Canada’s CLAIRE Program Canadians prescribed Daklinza (daclatasvir), Sovaldi (sofosbuvir), and in some cases ribavirin, can request to be enrolled in the CLAIRE patient support program. The CLAIRE patient support program was designed to help patients seek coverage and provide access to a customized list of services. It was designed so that one person will take care of each patient through the program’s duration. Gilead’s Momentum Patient Assistance Program Canadians prescribed Harvoni  (ledipasvir and sofosbuvir), Sovaldi (sofosbuvir), or Epclusa (sofosbuvir / velpatasvir), have the opportunity to request to be enrolled in the Gilead Momentum Program. Ibavyr Patient Support Program Canadians prescribed ribavirin (Ibavyr) as part of their hep C treatment have the opportunity to request to be enrolled in the Ibavyr Patient Support Program. For more information, contact your doctor, nurse, or call the program at: 1-844-602-6858.

Janssen’s Galexos: Bioadvance Program Janssen Inc. has created the Galexos: Bioadvance Program, which is a patient support program designed to provide patient health information and reimbursement assistance for patients who have been prescribed Galexos (simeprevir). This specialized patient support program represents a service offered at no cost to the patient and is fully confidential.
